I like that I have can multiple streams of feedback in one place - tied with business metrics to really see the impact of our feedback

- The accuracy of the AI transcription model is truly outstanding and drastically reduced the need for manual correction. -There are calls with real-world audio- accents,poor connections and people talking over each other - the AI still nails it. -We had to wait days and hours for transcript now we get it instantly with the technology.
When we have technical issues it has sometimes been slow to resolve them, meaning we have large periods of time without insight which is frustrating. Secondly, we are a company with a relatively high NPS which is sometimes lost in the context of the AI in this platform. It will repeatedly share positive insights and that the overall sentiment is high, which makes it limiting for us to find opportunities to get any better.
