When it comes to Jotform, I love the fact that it's easy to set up a form, it's very cost effective and it helps to get customer information quickly and easily. The first part is super self-explanatory. I think the second part is also very good because they often put the enterprise version of Jotform on sale, so we don't have to worry about spending thousands of dollars a month on Jotform. Forms on Jotform are also a no-brainer to set up and extract information from.
User can sign the document easily.
The software is very user-friendly. The tutorials are straight forward. The forms and tables are quite pleasant to look at. There are many ways to customize the tables and forms to suit your company's needs. I use this software everyday.
I do not like the initial learning curve. It took my team several weeks to set it up and get it working. We were having trouble getting our information to be discovered correctly annd be split up into the correct buckets.

I had difficulties with some employees that were unable to sign into Jotform to create an account and then sign the form I'd sent them. We found a way to bypass this step so that the employee can just open the link to the form directly without having to create an account. This was my only frustration and it was finally resolved.
