The biggest plus is how simple it is to send documents for signature - you upload, set fields and it's done. The notifications and tracking features make it easy to see who's signed and who's pending, which is great for keeping deals moving. It's also legally compliant across markets, which gives peace of mind when working with international partners. The templates are a time-saver too, especially for recurring agreements like NDAs or supplier forms.
We were comfortable with the product as we've used it for almost 10 years. However, the risk of needing their support if an issue occurs is too great -- I would never use them again.
I like that Docusign has made signing and sending documents incredibly simple and fast. I can sign or request signatures from anywhere using my phone or laptop and it saves a lot of time compared to printing and scanning, and the entire process is secure, legally valid with a clear audit trail for every document. Also, tagging of signatures required on specific pages using marker makes it convenient for users to sign the documents correctly without missing out any pages which is very helpful.
The pricing can feel steep if you only use it occasionally. The interface could also use some streamlining - certain functions are buried in menus, and setting up more complex workflows isn't as intuitive. Sometimes signers have trouble accessing documents on mobile if their email clients block links.
Their customer service is the worst that I've experienced in my life.
What I dislike most about DocuSign is that the set up of documents and the process flow can feel a bit complicated. The navigation in the system can take time to get used to for a new user.

Account Locked Without Warning and Support Non-existent (RUN)
Our experience was almost poor -- we were locked out of our account with no warning or explanation. There was no non payment or anything to explain it. The truly frustrating thing was that we received no help or support. There was no phone number and no way to request a call so we were trying to resolve the issue over email, however docusign would answer once every couple of days and we would have to restart the conversation because it was a different representative every time. We used docusign almost daily in our business and this issue was incredibly destructive and frankly confusing -- after explaining that, docusign acted with 0 urgency and could not even bother to get on the phone. We ended up starting a 'sign now' account and remaking all of our templates and that was actually easier and less time consuming than dealing with docusign support.
