It has an intuitive UI for creating signature requests with several different field types. It allows you to create reusable templates, which saves time and reduces chances for errors. It has a Google Drive integration, which allows you to save completed documents to your Drive folders.
I do like how the clients are able to easily sign from their phones. This is convenient for our business as many of our clients are out and about during business hours.
SignNow is fast, secure and available on all devices. With this tool, getting contract approvals is easy. It makes document workflow management easy. It handles document management easy and our business has gone paperless.
I wish the API was available for the enterprise version. I want to know all the Site License costs when reaching out and not have to do an onboarding to know the full cost involved. I would like a Google Sheets Extension as well.
The user interface internally has not been very impressive. Long load times when sending and waiting for a signature to upload. A little bit pricey when comparing to others in the market.
SignNow practically has all the features we need. No failures to report.
