EIS Suite Likes & Dislikes
The configurability of the claimed core stands out. Our team was able to tailor the workflow to match our internal claims adjudication process without heavy custom development. The Rules Engine is particularly strong - it allows business logic to be developed independently, reducing dependency on it for routine changes. Reporting Visibility across the claims lifecycle has also improved our team's ability to catch bottlenecks early and act proactively.
This service meets customer satisfaction.
Our strong partnership gives us access to key players, both from engineering and from product management. We are also able to raise issues to the right management level.
The Initial Implementation Learning Curve was Steeper than Anticipated. Documentation could be more granular, especially around API integrations with third party systems. There were also Moments where System Response Times Lagged During High-Volume Processing Windows, which affected adjuster productivity during the peak windows.
Sometimes it's taking time to give updates to customers.
Since we are working with the next-gen product, the documentation is insufficient and the upgrade process is complex. EIS being a relatively young and small company, their expert resources are limited and can work in silos.
