The user interface is very clean, making the learning curve nearly non-existent for our staff. Additionally, the output quality is superiour to other tools we've tested in this category.
It is very simple to use and there are really a lot of diffent voice that you can already use. Also the possibility to train your own voice it is very good.

While the current features are excellent, I would love to see more advanced API documentation or more frequent updates to the template library to keep things fresh.
I would love to have it standalone but I understand that it is built to be a cloud service.
