The most impressive part is the natural voice quality, especially the Matilda voice in Alpha 3 version. It sounds more realistic than many other AI voice tools in the market. They have also come up with AI avatars as well which is a useful feature for modern development. They also have a history feature which allows users to download older VO generations with a glimpse of the opening text. VOs can be downloaded in multiple formats like MP3 or WAV.
Customization and feedback loops to help the AI get better over time
The user interface is very clean, making the learning curve nearly non-existent for our staff. Additionally, the output quality is superiour to other tools we've tested in this category.
Sometimes the pronunciation of certain words or names needs manual adjustment. It works well overall, but a bit more control over pronunciation would help and also if it could be easier to lock pronunciation for certain words to avoid tweaking it every time.
A lot of our tooling and internal prototypes increasingly run locally, so only having a cloud option is slightly limiting.
While the current features are excellent, I would love to see more advanced API documentation or more frequent updates to the template library to keep things fresh.
