We migrated from another cloud service to ESDS eNlight for SAP last year due to commercial and security reasons. The business case turned out to provide clear visibility into costs with a fixed monthly billing over a 3 year period. The sizing was accurate and the transition / migration team was very diligent and highly experienced in cloud to cloud migration. We also used this opportunity to outsource our entire SAP managed services - hosting & support, bundled with Basis support to ESDS - these were managed by 3 different entities earlier. As a result. now ESDS is a one stop shop for managing the SAP application and the OS and has greatly reduced coordination headaches between different stakeholders. The migration itself was spot on, and literally the best I've experienced in my career - went home for the weekend on a Friday evening when the migration activity was initiated and on Monday morning when application users walked into the office - it was just another day of logging into the system and starting work - business as usual with zero issues. We continue to look and expand our relationship with ESDS in other areas on our digital journey.
