Support is not too bad but they too do not seem to know that product that well as some issues took a while to resolve. The product needs major improvement for alerting. Alerting conditions can be different based on day and time and the alerts do not take that into consideration as only one alert for each type of alerting event is possible when it should be something like 8am to 4pm alert if loss of connection is more than 5 minutes and from 4pm to 8am alert if loss of connection is more than 30 minutes. When using Studio, the organization of what where is has no forced structure to prevent them from being stored to any location... should be more forced on the structure for the DTL, Classes, etc. Example would be if it was file based.... DTLs always be stored in the Transformation folder so you would know where all the DTLs are. This would prevent people from placing things all over in different location.
