Zapier has been very effective for automating repetitive workflows across different applications without writing code. What worked well is the simplicity of setting up automations. What hasn't worked well is hadnling complex, multi-step logic, as advanced workflows can become a tad bit difficult to manage.

Zapier provides automation tools, however the UI is not as great as what one would expect. Our automations can pile up very quickly and sometimes it's difficult to keep track of everything.
