The Mediasite video delivery system is something like a new pet cat; I want to love it, but it occasionally tears up my couch. We've had all manner of technical issues crop up in the years we've been using mediasite, and though individual technical support staff members have been very kind and understanding, the administration overall gives the impression of aloofness, indifference. Great product, could use more attention from frontline support
Mostly stabile streaming capabilities with a host of parameters that can be changed to tailor the product to your needs. I will say product technical support is not always hitting the mark. Implementation on prem cumbersome but great product
