Reporting in relation to budgets is very clear and helps me maintain a high property value.
I like how easy it is to combine all aspects of leasing into one product - AR, Collections, Leasing, etc. The online resident accounts make it easy for them to submit their rent payments on time.
There is not much I dislike, but adding in some AI functions for invoice processing would be nice, although I know Entrata just purchased an AI company, so I am sure it is coming soon.
I wish that the texting was more capable. I know that is more to do with regulations but it would be so helpful.
I don't know how active their customer service is. It doesn't seem like they're very easy to get ahold of if we have issues.
