Epam has the ability to deliver. This has been key to the progress we've made with our digital transformation. Their estimates have a high level of accuracy both in time and material. If changes are needed they are well understood ahead of time and agreed upon. Epam has a broad set of skills and expertise. We leverage them from areas across IT, ERP systems, CRM systems and custom development. They have centers of excellence across the globe. We have yet to find a skillset need that they cannot address. Epam right sizes our needs. They are able to evaluate the problem quickly and bring the right team in. It's both the size and the skillset. Epam doesn't look to 'throw bodies' into projects but rather defines for you their belief on the right skillset and need. They will work to coordinate lower costs per head if required. They truly focus on results, flexibility and customer centricity.
EPAM is still a business which strives to increase profits so at times, it seems they do pry for more information that will help them grow their business within our firm. I understand this but needed to find something to dislike.

During the engagement we had initiatial timezone concerns. Being that the majority of the team was from Eastern Europe, the timezone overlap was an issue initially for our full time team. Epam helped to address this by augmenting the team with resources from LATAM and also bringing some onshore resources into the mix.
