The BI aspect of the system is in my role the most used part to be able to see problems, work through large scale projects that we have as well. The visibility in the system to see the bigger picture is also extremely helpful

BisTrack is high quality core product with the ability to create and enhance to fit our company's needs
New functionality gets rolled out where updates/changes should be addressed based on use. When something new is put into the system it doesn't seem like there is a patch to update the functionality in a positive manner unless you want to pay to have Development add it in.
Great Plains, lack of training - you get the week of someone coming out so in my instance, GP wasnt working so I only had 6 hours of training as my time was used up fixing the GP integration...it would be great if you could do a follow up training included even if via zoom now that familiar with using the system. Every company has similarities but are different.
