Our experience has been really positive with our Support team staying on top of issues that we are experiencing. The needs of not only our business but many other Companies changes on a regular basis and I do wish there would be more updates to the system on a regular basis because of that

Coming from a DOS type system is better as reporting and recording is easier. Our software was no longer being supported and was between you and Spruce but felt BT was much more advanced. Was disappointed that I was promised things at start up and implementation and when asked for those items, was additional cost to get them. We are still learning different things and come to Insights every year, just wish would hear more about options prior to coming.
