As any Cloud Platform it is very convenient to have the possibilities to access from anywhere.
The very first thing is its seamless integration with the rest of the Microsoft applications. This is a lifesaver, believe me. Automation capabilities via Power Automate and Logic Apps to support versatile workflows i.e. approval processes and helps in streamlining finance daily operations. On top of that, the integration with Entra gives granular security and supports role-based access control which is great for compliance reasons.
Few things that need to be considered while deploying/using the platform: - Steep learning curve - many users, even after several months of experience with it, still feel that the navigation and setup can be overwhelming, especially without proper training - Heavy reliance on customizations - telecom billing and cost-location scenarios often require extensions, which increase deployment time and cost - Performance slowdowns during peak processing - month-end, large batch jobs, or complex reports sometimes slow down the system.
