It works well with other Microsoft products such as Project and M365. It is also a more affordable solution compared to alternative products we looked at.

Since adopting we have been able to modernize our financial management while gaining deeper visibility into our supply chain activities from procurement and inventory management to production and distribution. One of the most valuable capabilities is the end to end transparency it provides across our financial workflows. This visibility allows us to optimize supply chain operations, maintain tighter control over budgets and operational costs and reduce wastage across our procurement and production cycles. The centralized data environment also play a critical role. By maintaining unified reposition for financial and operational data, the platform allows different departments to access consistent, realtime insights. The platform advanced analytics and AI driven capabilities help us generate reports and monitor key financial an operational metrics with accuracy. This has refined our decision making processes by enabling us to rely on data driven insights to manage our finances efficiently and optimize our production environment.

I have found that the platform delivers strong financial visibility, solid automation, and reliable integration capabilities across complex business units. In day-to-day use, it feels modern, scalable, and powerful, but it does not require structured change management or a clear data model to get the most value. Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance is well capable to automate repetitive daily bookkeeping, ledger matching and multi-currency consolidations which has streamlined our periodic corporate closings through its General Ledger and Financial Closing feature which has made my experience magnificent.
