You can use Workday Community to submit ideas that may benefit the whole Workday community and also collaborate with peers to solve issues. Workday is constantly evolving and pushing out new features and enhancements. Workday is also easily configurable and we can quickly uptake these new features and enhancements to benefit our end users. Their customer service has always been extremely responsive and helpful when any issues arise.

1) Security cannot be defined as granularly as we would like 2) Some implementation partners are not as customer focused as Workday 3) Some pieces of the Student product are not as tightly integrated with the rest of Workday as we would like 4) It's not cheap! Read Full ReviewIn relation to K-12, some things that we would like to see additional support for are employees with multiple positions. i.e. position-based work schedules and holiday calendars and automatic position-based time off transfers. We would also like additional rich text editors in case of Job Posting Templates and notifications.

Transparency Issues and Customer Success Concerns in Workday's Recent Practices
Workday's transparency and commitment to customer success has taken a hit in the last year or so. Our ability to influence product direction is now highly compartmentalized, without any insight into how other customers are responding. Workday says they are using AI to gather and synthesize feedback, but again, there's no transparency in that process. The Customer Success program now seems to be a vehicle for additional sales. Whenever we meet with our CSM, our sales rep is also there. While there is little follow up on any issues we may have, the sales team is all over opportunities to license more products. Detailed Financial Features Available Though Search and Navigation Need Improvement
The whole time I used the Workday Platform it went well without causing any much issue. I can do my work from anywhere through its mobile app. The reports it generates contain deep details so I can understand the whole payroll, audit within a minute.
