One of the biggest benefits is the Workday Community and that everyone is on the same version of Workday. You can use Workday Community to submit ideas that may benefit the whole Workday community and also collaborate with peers to solve issues. Workday is constantly evolving and pushing out new features and enhancements. Workday is also easily configurable and we can quickly uptake these new features and enhancements to benefit our end users. Their customer service has always been extremely responsive and helpful when any issues arise.

In relation to K-12, some things that we would like to see additional support for are employees with multiple positions. i.e. position-based work schedules and holiday calendars and automatic position-based time off transfers. We would also like additional rich text editors in case of Job Posting Templates and notifications.
