The only predictable part of an interaction with Esko is that I will be dissastified with the customer service they provide. It's a shame given that the feature set for the business users is pretty good. The lack of true enterprise features like integral disaster recovery capability, high-availability or fail-over capabilities and the inability to promote code and content between QA and production environments makes development and operation of this platform difficult and risky.

Definitely geared towards delivering artwork. The configuration side could use some streamlining. Their developers working with our business users has created sort of a mess, so we have taken over development to drive business process change and efficiency.
