Forced to use and hate it
As a supplier, it is really just an all around awful experience having to use Exostar. The processes and workflows are so clunky, as is the security side. As a governing investor customer, Exostar is generally very responsive to our solution needs and requirements. While that focus is very valuable to us, I think a broader "big customer" base within our industry would be advantageous to all of us, which may require new varied / tiered marketing strategies. As with many IT providers, there are times when we find their "time to market" on requested capabilities slower than desired... suggesting company growth (and thus resource bandwidth) would be a positive.
