Extremely useful, simply a bit confusing to get used to
Exostar is an immensely useful service for saving and sharing documents within the organisation. It allows for documents to be uploaded and viewed by colleagues anywhere in the world. Evolved, Secure Services and Integration with our A&D Supply Chain
As a governing investor customer, Exostar is generally very responsive to our solution needs and requirements. While that focus is very valuable to us, I think a broader "big customer" base within our industry would be advantageous to all of us, which may require new varied / tiered marketing strategies. As with many IT providers, there are times when we find their "time to market" on requested capabilities slower than desired... suggesting company growth (and thus resource bandwidth) would be a positive.
