Ipanema has been a very stable platform for us. It just works. The dynamic WAN selection has been outstanding along with its ability to properly shape traffic.

Dynamic WAN Selection has greatly improved our ability to leverage all of our available bandwidth. It takes a different approach to QOS/traffic shaping vs traditional products and it works very well.

The readiness of our performances brought by the Application Quality Score dashboard. The understanding of our applications flows. The selected path functionality ensuring to maximize the performances of our connectivity.

Ease of use, clarity of reports.

We are on a managed service platform and are limited in the number of reports we have. This is not a product limitation but a service provider limitation.

We are using iPanema through BT Services. So we don't inherit of new functionalities straight after they are published. However this problem should be fixed by moving to the iPanema Cloud platform.

Ipanema probes are easy to use, deploy. They provide a high level of monitoring and application control/QOS. SDWan options are lights and not realy easy to deploy: only point to point access, separate configuration for Direct Internet with low features.
