Versa unified platform. Having SD-WAN , Next generation firewall, secure web gateway, and advance security features in one platform.

1) Not enough marketing... I wonder why! 2) Need better documentation available online - Google won't give you much. You may have to log a tac case who can provide some nice documents that are not easy to spot on their knowledgebase. 3) New feature requests don't get honoured it would appear. 4) Bring on AI. Looks too slow with this.

The onboarding process, Difficulty in downgrading licensing. Only able to activate off of WAN port one. Unable to rename WAN / LAN ports

Nothing special, but there is not much engagement from the Versa Account executive. There is not single contact made by the Account Manager or sales or any product offering after it was deployed.
