Areas for improvement include the initial onboarding effort, which can be time consuming due to data collection and validation dependencies on multiple stakeholders for inputs and limited flexibility in tailoring reports to very specific business needs. These challenges reduce over time as processes mature.

Like I mentioned the process took some time and that caused frustration for me.
