I really enjoy the templates for announcing it to your team, the ease of changing the reporting categories, and the reminders about when reports are due.
The Posters to create awareness about the Helpline Numbers were not very attractive, and we had to avail services of another Vendor to design the awareness Postures in multiple languages, entailing additional costs.
I truly haven't found any issues with FaceUp. We did add a kudos feedback option and it would be nice if there was a certificate template to provide to employees who receive kudos.
Figuring out how to administrate it was a little difficult, especially setting access to a second person who only gets access when the regular compliance officer is away.
