FaceUp meets all the requirements of EU Whistleblowing Directives and Whistleblowing Laws around the world. 1. Reporting Channels: completely customizable Reporting Forums, Telephone Hotline, and option to selecting Working Hours. 2. Report Management: two-way communication with the Whistleblower 3. Easy set-up and user-friendly interface 4. Data Analytics: Clear Visualization and Analysis. It also provides support of External Specialists - working with external partners (psychologists/ Lawyers etc.) who are on hand and readily available for consultation/ guidance.
Ease of implementation, ability to customize, ease of use and reporting
I really enjoy the templates for announcing it to your team, the ease of changing the reporting categories, and the reminders about when reports are due.
The Posters to create awareness about the Helpline Numbers were not very attractive, and we had to avail services of another Vendor to design the awareness Postures in multiple languages, entailing additional costs.
I truly haven't found any issues with FaceUp. We did add a kudos feedback option and it would be nice if there was a certificate template to provide to employees who receive kudos.
Figuring out how to administrate it was a little difficult, especially setting access to a second person who only gets access when the regular compliance officer is away.
