Lo que más me ha gustado de este servicio es su despliegue inmediato, que me ha permitido adaptarlo a mi entorno de trabajo en el que ya tenía Falcon para ponerme a trabajar cuanto antes y sin ningún problema; otra cosa que me ha gustado es que hace uso de la inteligencia artificial para mejorar procesos mientras tiene controlados a los agentes de la IA, como OpenAI o Microsoft365; y por último, otro aspecto que me ha gustado es la personalización que ofrece para la visibilidad de los datos, con una interfaz intuitiva.

Lo que menos me ha gustado del servicio es que puede ser complejo de usar al principio para nuevos usuarios que no están familiarizados con este tipo de servicios; otro aspecto negativo es las constantes actualizaciones y novedades que implementa cada cierto tiempo, que si bien puede ser bueno, implica estar pendiente a grandes cambios constantemente; y por último, el coste puede llegar a ser elevado para empresas pequeñas o no muy grandes como en la que me encuentro.
