What I like most about CrowdStrike Falcon is its ability to quickly detect and respond to threats, while maintaining an intuitive interface and having very little impact on the performance of the endpoints, which makes it both efficient and easy to use in daily operations.
Behavioral biometrics and anomaly detection: This allows us to catch subtle signs of account compromise. Real-time threat intelligence: It constantly gathers threat data that knows about the latest attacks, malware and hacker groups and correlates' identity activity with endpoints and networks. Adaptive Access Control: It can dynamically adjust access based on risk and adds a layer of Zero Trust security.
One is the user experience is super awesome how easy it is to use and how clearly it shows risky login activities in real time. The visibility into identity threats is excellent, and it really helps us respond faster and stay secure.
What I dislike most about CrowdStrike Falcon is the initial learning curve, as some features can be complex for new users, although once familiarized it becomes much easier to operate.
Complexity and initial configuration: It needs to be properly integrated with your existing identity infrastructure like AD and Azure AD and its policies need to be tuned. Potential for Alert Fatigue: The system can generate a high volume of alerts, especially during the initial learning phase. Limited Customization in Some Areas: Limitations in customizing reports and dashboards to meet specific needs and integrating with certain third-party tools are not officially supported.
1. Pricing is on the higher side. It would be better if you can be bit more fluctuate with the prices. 2. At times, we have felt that support can be more attentive. 3. Rest are all very cool. it's not a dislike but i feel that you advertise a bit more. So more people will be aware.
