Feedly is an intelligence platform helping innovation and threat intelligence teams collect, analyze, and share open-source intel. Feedly scours over 140 million sources, including 100 million daily articles, using AI to find and enrich content relevant to their intelligence needs. Feedly for Threat Intelligence helps cybersecurity teams stay on top of the latest threats and vulnerabilities with real-time intel collection, providing full context on threat actors and their TTPs, malware, vulnerabilities, cyber attacks, and more, all verified in the Feedly Threat Graph. Feedly for Market Intelligence helps innovation teams keep track of competitors, consumer insights, technology trends, and more. Teams synthesize articles into actionable reports with Ask AI, an integrated LLM with verification through citations to source articles. Teams also collaborate on Team Boards and share insights with stakeholders through the API, no-code integrations, or Automated Newsletters.

Essentially, the tool is used to collect, analyze, and share market intelligence across the enterprise. Based on the above, I'd say 1. The data collected by the feeds is excellent. It does require some time to set up of course, but if you do it right the first time - which is quite intuitive because this is very easy to use - you can sit back and watch the right stories be tracked in real time. Based on my experience of about 7 months of use, the organization is already smarter in its understanding of the market & competition. The discussions are more data and insight driven than intuition based. It also acts as a very good complement to the standard market research we typically do. So on one side you have market sizes, CAGRs, drivers etc. And then you can combine that with practical, up-to-the-minute real-time developments for a very holistic picture. 2. The inbuilt Ask AI feature is also superb. It can summarize articles and the feeds or go through all internal feeds to combine and provide a comprehensive report on certain topics as well. Since everything is cited with clear sources etc., it helps a lot! 3. Sharing is the cleanest part. You can share through API integrations through Teams/Slack for more real time updates or share automated newsletters. These newsletters have superb customization and also have in-built AI summary capabilities. In our case, a daily newsletter goes out to the executive leadership informing them of the latest developments across key end markets, customer segments, and competition. It's worth highlighting their superb customer support explicitly though - right from the actual demo & purchase, to ongoing support for implementation & learning and best practices. For us, this has been a key highlight!
The IA to resume the articles and the vulnerability dashboards
I enjoy the ability to use a natural language filter when creating AI feeds, since the industry that I am seeking information in is so nuanced, it can help to pull more relevant articles. I like that I can create a specific board for the automated newsletters so I can strategically select the articles that will be shared with my team. Lastly, I enjoy looking at the company activity section to help me better monitor competitor activity across my industry.
I think overall it adds way more value than you would think but areas of improvement would include 1. Some AI-related features might be locked behind higher priced plans, but could be included in some basic plans as well? 2. More of an opportunity - to take market intel and create battlecards and other collateral directly for the sales team. Some related but not exactly the same tools provide this capability already. This might be a feature the team is working on as well though.
most of the features are not finished : data are incomplete or uncorrectly paresed
My main grievances are about the UX/UI elements, sometimes I will have trouble accessing a full article due to a button/link not being visible on the screen. It would also be nice to have more options when creating a newsletter, such as changing fonts or colors to better align with my company's branding.
