“Exploring Feedly's Capabilities for Project Support and Industry Monitoring Needs”

5.0
Jan 26, 2026
My internal team set me up with a Feedly account to assist with one of my broader projects. At first, I was unsure of the tool's capabilities, but after working with the rep, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of Feedly's unique services and capabilities. Together, we were able to identify new use cases for Feedly's assistance on other projects that I am concurrently working on. I'm excited to continue to leverage Feedly across my day-to-day responsibilities and ad hoc projects.

The aggregation of articles is good for English articles and sources. Very limited for other languages. Most of the functionalities are very good but not finished. Some of the functionnalities are too static and not suitable for a use share between several departments

About Company

Company Description

Updated 11th June 2026

Feedly is the AI platform CTI teams use to track threats, contextualize what matters, and deliver tailored intel in minutes. Analysts configure Intel Agents to monitor the threat actors, malware families, vulnerabilities, industries, and geographies aligned to their intelligence requirements. Intel Agents continuously collect from open sources, vendor and government advisories, and dark web forums. They extract IoCs, TTPs, CVEs, and victim data into a Threat Graph. Every AI-generated finding links back to its source for verification. Analysts curate, enrich, and distribute intelligence as custom reports and Slack or Teams notifications to SOC, IR, vulnerability management, and executives. The same intelligence feeds the security stack via native integrations and a STIX 2.1 API into TIPs, SIEMs, and SOARs, and powers SOC Agents, Threat Hunting Agents, and agentic tools through Feedly's MCP Server.

Smooth Onboarding and Ongoing Assistance Enhance Overall Interaction With Feedly

    5.0
    Dec 12, 2025
From the very beginning, the cooperation with Feedly was very professional and smooth: the test phase, the contract agreement and purchase process, the onboarding, the ongoing support in the set-up phase of specific topics, the quarterly support meetings. The documentation is very comprehensive, so that you get concrete help for almost all questions. If questions remain open, you'll receive feedback from your named Customer Support within a very short time. All in all a valuable experience and cooperation!

Feedly Market Intelligence Likes & Dislikes

Like

I enjoy the ability to use a natural language filter when creating AI feeds, since the industry that I am seeking information in is so nuanced, it can help to pull more relevant articles. I like that I can create a specific board for the automated newsletters so I can strategically select the articles that will be shared with my team. Lastly, I enjoy looking at the company activity section to help me better monitor competitor activity across my industry.

Like

The IA to resume the articles and the vulnerability dashboards

Like

- Feedly's AI - while there have been problems at times (which have been quickly ironed out after flagging), it has been helpful and a key time saver when we are condensing dozens of articles down into easy to read bullet points. - Customer Service - (our representative from Feedly) has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the process. - UI - I am able to easily organise and navigate through the dozens of feeds that I have set-up and monitored, and I am grateful that Feedly seem to be continually updating and improving their UI.

Dislike

My main grievances are about the UX/UI elements, sometimes I will have trouble accessing a full article due to a button/link not being visible on the screen. It would also be nice to have more options when creating a newsletter, such as changing fonts or colors to better align with my company's branding.

Dislike

most of the features are not finished : data are incomplete or uncorrectly paresed

Dislike

AI bugs - occasionally the AI will not be responsive to a prompt, such as ignoring a DO NOT DO X message. I've spoken to Feedly about this and they've been very responsive however about getting their internal teams to fix this issue. Article limit - Analysing a large number of articles in one go is key for my role, however I often have to do this in multiple batches due to the limit that Feedly can handle in one go. I know they are working to raise the bar on the number of articles that the AI can process in one go, however.
