I enjoy the ability to use a natural language filter when creating AI feeds, since the industry that I am seeking information in is so nuanced, it can help to pull more relevant articles. I like that I can create a specific board for the automated newsletters so I can strategically select the articles that will be shared with my team. Lastly, I enjoy looking at the company activity section to help me better monitor competitor activity across my industry.
The IA to resume the articles and the vulnerability dashboards
- Feedly's AI - while there have been problems at times (which have been quickly ironed out after flagging), it has been helpful and a key time saver when we are condensing dozens of articles down into easy to read bullet points. - Customer Service - (our representative from Feedly) has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the process. - UI - I am able to easily organise and navigate through the dozens of feeds that I have set-up and monitored, and I am grateful that Feedly seem to be continually updating and improving their UI.
My main grievances are about the UX/UI elements, sometimes I will have trouble accessing a full article due to a button/link not being visible on the screen. It would also be nice to have more options when creating a newsletter, such as changing fonts or colors to better align with my company's branding.
most of the features are not finished : data are incomplete or uncorrectly paresed
AI bugs - occasionally the AI will not be responsive to a prompt, such as ignoring a DO NOT DO X message. I've spoken to Feedly about this and they've been very responsive however about getting their internal teams to fix this issue. Article limit - Analysing a large number of articles in one go is key for my role, however I often have to do this in multiple batches due to the limit that Feedly can handle in one go. I know they are working to raise the bar on the number of articles that the AI can process in one go, however.
