AlphaSense does a good job of integrating AI throughout the platform. I regularly use the generative grid for quick, ad-hoc questions. It's also helpful tha tresults are consistently linked back to the orginal source documents.
Helpdesk staff are always quick to respond and are helpful / circle back to complete tickets. Search is extremely detailed - although could be easier to use. Natural language / AI search functionality seems real.
The GenSearch capabilities make it easy and efficient for me to get extract the answers I need from the vast volumes of data available. Weekly alerts help me keep my stakeholders up to date.
It's hard to point to a major dislike. AlphaSense has been leading in both user interface design and the practical application of AI. One area with room for continued improvement is workflow automation, which is already good but could be developed further over time.
Mentioned above - missing or stale data Overall interface a bit complex and not that easy to use. Often too slow.
I wish it fit my quarterly rhythm better. Right now, I have to run things manuallly that I normally track for our quarterly reviews. It can be difficult to extract the news from some companies that apply to us. I don't need everything Microsoft, just what applies to our market(s). It can be difficult to filter out some of the more obscure sources (especially for market sizing)
