The user interface and table of contents are intuitive and easy to review. The customization capabilities are excellent. Very easy to use and has the capabilities of illustrating and showing graphics is robust. Illustrating graphics and capabilities is huge advantage and easy to view in one spot.
Easy user interface, Automated cards, Customizable boards, multiple boards as per the requirement of vendors, Great integrations with already existing productivity apps like salesforce, slack etc..
I really love the new AI chatbot experience. The way it can analyze the data we upload and help speed up our processes has been very beneficial.
1. Availability should be accessed outside of an internal intranet 2. Printing in different formats would be useful 3. There should be more side-by-side comparisons across multiple competitors
Price is high, Doesn't suitable for Small scale business, We can expect more features like filters of industry wise, country wise.
The support team could use improvement, as well as the UX.

Easy to use, competitive intel for the whole team
I have used a couple different competitive intelligence tools and Klue has been my favorite. It accurately tracks intel and is easy to review with their triage mode. The battlecards are easy to customize and the Klue team has been very helpful with best practices. Klue also integrates with Slack, which I use to share intel internally in real-time.
