I like how quickly I can set up a work order for a unique task and get out the door. Our account manager is fantastic at advocating for our needs and helping is get the most out of the platform.
We find the platform easy to navigate with very few bugs.
lack of vetting for the technicians
Their support team is never takes initiative and that makes escalations tedious and rarely worth it. Lack of automation options for pricing, assigning, implementing bonuses and penalties etc.
Mostly the fact that some of the techs are sub-par, but we have learned which ones are worth using and which are not.

Field Nation is great for large projects that are scheduled in advance. They have a lot of tools set up for this. They struggle a bit when you need to publish work on a short time frame - but their platform is flexible enough that there are definitely workarounds. It might not be optimal but you can do pretty much anything you need with Field Nation.
