Ease of use for non technical people. Reliability
Their optimization recommendation engine and forecast engine. The optimization recommendations are through and consider lot of services. The forecast engine is also good but it lacks the time variable which can be rectified.
The initial step of creating a profile to map out what we currently have on-premise to help build out the infrastructure that we might want to have on the different cloud providers. This initial step is critical but very time consuming and tedious. Not exactly an issue with the product, but it's unavoidable for any migration planning

1. The showback reports lack some simple features 2. Showback reports are not dynamic in terms of duration we have to change period every month to get current month data 3. There is no feature to customize a widget as per user needs it is all predefined widgets
