Rules based, errors can be identified, team work for solutions
As mentioned above, if the rules and system are set up properly on our end, the system is never wrong. Ability to view error reports to track problems. User friendly interface.
Integration with external platforms is key. MDI has API technology in place to support this. Service from their team is exceptional.
Reports need to be formatted better. Would like to program more on our own.
The different formatting of reports, a lot of reports are cutoff, you have to play with the format to fit everything on a report, to me the system should have this done already, the user shouldn't have to know what size to change on the disposition screen for the report to look correct. There are so many layers to everything, tracking a problem down can be difficult because of all of the layers. Error reports don't have enough information, and if they do, the words are cutoff and you can't reproduce the report because it's an SP report.
Nothing to dislike about the product of service. Depending on your organization and business needs their may be on going customization.

Great system once you learn it, a lot of layers but the support team is great!
Ability to custom the system to fit our needs is a plus, the downside of that is the expense of needing it customized, some of the functions needed seem to be pretty basic that the system should already do. I don't believe there to be anything that the system can't do, just takes quite a bit of customization.
