One of my favorite features is the ability to use FloQast hashtags in our excel documents. When we have a final number in our reconciliation excel that we need to report to our manager, we can put a FQ hashtag on the cell next to the number in excel. After we upload that excel into FQ, the site will parse through the excel, find the hashtag and our reporting number, and auto-populates that number directly to the FQ platform for manager review and approval. This eliminates the need to re-enter data manually and helps us maintain consistency and save time during the close.
Easy to read and operate, clean and interactive dashboard, neat implementation of reconicliation and task management.
A reconciliation, reporting.
The need to upload an excel for every reconciliation/task listed in FQ. I am in charge of multiple month-end report/recons, and for each one, I have to manually upload an excel as support. I wish FQ has an AI to automatically grab my folder of supporting docs and correctly allocate each doc to the correct task listed on their platform.
1) Doesn't give realtime updates - the reconciliations are updated after a sync at a pre-defined period only, should aim to sync in real time/at shorter and frequent intervals 2) No Offline integration - Dependent on Internet/Cloud Infrastructure 3) Manual Task/Reconciliation Updates needed - Should adopt better automation tools and functionalities
Sometimes the user extract. Produced by floqast product itself is not accurate. Most of the time we have follow-ups with our auditors regarding the team and we have reached out to. The floqast steam itself for resolution.
