The part I liked most is the detailed policy control. We can define rules based on categories, users and the reporting dashboard gives us a clear picture of how the web is being used across the organization. It also integrates well with directory services, which makes administration easier.
Reliable core features, ease of deployment, and strong security model. It's easy to navigate, and overall provides security that we need.
Scalability, performance, Adaptability
The only thing is about the interface which feels slightly dated compared to some newer solutions, and at times, troubleshooting certain blocked sites requires extra effort.
Though a great product, it's very complex to learn and has an outdated interface. The user face is less granular than desired. Lastly, the lack of customer support is the biggest pain point. From the users that have helped me, they do lack product knowledge and wait times do take up time.
Support can take quite a while for response, and because troubleshooting is challenging, problems can last days/weeks while working towards a resolution.
