when converting from pdf to other formats, things won't be same. including lines, phrases, numbers, searching the document won't be easy sometimes. I heard from other employees using the software that they lose their markups very often, don't know the reasons, it happened to me once may be.
It does not work on older forms like forms from the state which use the old template created through other tools
The admin portal could be more user friendly
