Accertify has been an amazing solution for us. The architects and analysts on their team are super responsive, smart, and accurate. A complete product with all the techonlogies needed to fight fraud

The best part was its collaboration with iovation and neustar for tracking the address verification score. Also it used to show card code to know whether its prepaid or credit.

I wish we could implement custom Machine Learning/AI models and rules in Accertify - as of now, the language for implementation is pretty much SQL based, which limits the use of more modern methods

if we want to make any changes to rule that was very difficult to do. we have to raise tickets for it and wait for it.

A Bumpy Start, but Smooth Sailing Afterwards

Our primary issues came at the beginning of the process. There was a "stand-off" between engineering on their side and ours around the level of information necessary prior to a kick-off meeting. It created a "catch-22" situation where by their engineers wanted questions answered prior to the kick-off and our engineers needed to know more from Accertify prior to the kick-off to answer the questions. Once we moved past that, the integration was relatively smooth.

Good product, easy implementation. We reviewed a variety of potential solutions to our online fraud identification tool and found Accertify to be best in class while providing the right balance between cost and efficiency. With the chip and pin changes effective in 2016 & 2017 we needed a solid fraud identification tool to prevent offline to online fraud from spiking. Accertify brought this to bear.
