The reliability and ease of use.

The Forter site is very easy to use, it's laid out very simply. I also love the force approve/deny tool, it has made our jobs much easier when it comes to determining who should be able to order and why. We also love that Forter has a vast network of companies to pull data from, which makes us feel like the right decisions are being made. Overall Forter has allowed our Customer Service team to be able to handle fraud cases with ease!

The support that we get is awesome. Since joining with Forter, our fraud has tremendously decreased.

Can't say too many bad things about Fraud prevention by Forter, however I do wish it integrated with all of our current software.

Clearer information on how the decision are made, what companies are also using Forter would be nice to see! It would also be great if there was an easy way to let the team know of any re-occurring sales that might interfere or cause issues with the Forter settings.

There is nothing that I dislike.

Forter does a great job of taking the heavy lifting off of us. It's so nice to know that their system is able to catch resellers as well as potential fraud risks, and that we always have support to answer any questions we might have! Forter has been like a safe. Nothing is going to go out unless I take it out. Safe and secure. Has saved us a tremendous amount of work. Has helped us learn more about fraud and the things that we need to look for. We are in a joint venture, Forter is our partner.

Very good, some room for improvement with declines, especially for long time customers. I think the length of time should be considered when deciding whether to approve or decline an order. The website is easy to follow and very customer friendly. The overall experience is great.
