    Utilizing Freshservice for Comprehensive ITSM, Asset, and Contract Management Tasks

    We have been using Freshservice for many years, we are starting to use the full ITSM and ITIL side of things with it but we are starting to really use the asset management side of Freshservice along with the contract management as well. Asset management is easy as our assets are azure joined which means the probe auto installs but also the app in the fresh service market means it imports them automatically into freshservice with the latest information etc. The Freshservice app is brilliant as eell makes it easier to scan the barcodes but also to input manual assets such as screens etc into Freshservice.

    Overall we have been extremely happy with Freshservice. We use it daily to report on our ticket volumes and team performance. It is very useful and the only tool we use to manage requester issues, it helps us deal with users in a timely manner.

The standout features of this product are the AI powered automation as this reduces the manual work and provides a speedy resolution, it brings all requests in a centralized one and it's easier for agents to get a single view of all tickets and resolve them without missing anything and that employees or customers can request service easily which improves efficiency.

The main issues with this product are the limited flexibility as it can't allow users sometimes to adapt to specific business requirements, its reporting tools are lacking depth as it provides limited detailed reports and it struggles to integrate smoothly with other systems.
