User-friendly interface. Powerful AI & automation. Faster efficiency and cost savings.
I really enjoy how put-together this platform is. Very easy to sift through the various tickets and especially easy to work and make changes on the tickets, without the need to refresh once a change to a status is made to a ticket, for example.
NA everything works as it should
Limited in-depth customization. Pricing gets expensive very fast. Occasional performance lag.
I didn't like how there wasn't so much of an ability to bulk update contracts (although you can for inventory assets which was useful)

We have been using Freshservice for many years, we are starting to use the full ITSM and ITIL side of things with it but we are starting to really use the asset management side of Freshservice along with the contract management as well. Easy to use, intuitive ITSM with some weaknesses in asset management
Freshservice works really well as an ITSM tool for us. The UI is clean and intuitive and there are monthly updates.
