We really like their feature to track the full lifecycle of an asset, it helps from purchase orders till we dispose the asset. IT support in the product is a very good addition along with their easy to use mobile app.
Customization and automation capabilities are quite high
The vendor we use is always willing to go the extra mile to explain what additional services we should invest in to meet our business needs.
This tool is bit costly and it takes bit long to complete the installation. Its not easy for new users to start using this tool.
User interface could be much better. The middleware in place is good for normal users, but if you are involved in task and approval management requiring to work on the backend its cumbersome.
Customizations are simple to do, but too many can cause issues further down the road; to the point where rolling back some of the customizations is required in order to move forward.
