Technichally rigourous requirements with aggressive schedule that was met. Our scope of work included full scale deployment of closed loop distributino automation control combined with thousands of devices controlled centrally. This deployment represented one of the largest system wide deployments int he US and is the backbome of our reliabilty improvement strategy adn will position us for DER integration.

The system is best in class, but the vendor has some issues putting together a robust implementation team. Our company got resources that lacked experience on the version to be implemented. We are mid-size utility, so GE may have assigned experienced resources to another larger customers. However, they addressed our concerns and add more resources to our implementation team.
