Well, I like Gemini mostly because of its seamless integration with Google products. Which makes it incredibly useful for tasks across Gmail, Google Drive, Docs and Sheets. Real-time access to Web Data provides timely and accurate info that's often more up-to-date than some other models. Overall it's an awesome model, especially for those who are already working on Google products

Ease of access for all of our users, especially students who may not necessarily be able to purchase access to other AI assistants 2. Integration with other Google products makes it seamless to perform a query with Gemini and immediately apply it to your work 3. Transparency in the sources used to generate a response, as well as a disclaimer that responses may contain errors and thus still require user engagement/verification; we appreciate the way this encourages digital literacy

1) Sometimes Gemini gets overly cautious with responses and gives more generic responses especially when dealing with complex tasks. 2) Compared to other models, sometimes it lacks the depth for more sophisticated queries 3) Also, certain features are strictly limited to premium users only. This restricts its many functionalities to those who are using free trials and are forced to choose premium or look for other models.

When performing Google searches, Gemini will occasionally automatically occupy the majority of the window with its response, making navigation frustrating for users who already knew where they wanted to scroll to in the first place 2. The mixture of sources that Gemini derives its responses from can vary widely in credibility (ex. some sources from renowned universities paired alongside independent blog posts) 3. While difficulties in understanding nuances are expected, some basic factual errors still occur in the responses (ex. saying that 240 calories is fewer than 212 calories when comparing nutrition facts)

I mainly use it for drafting, summarising documents, generating first-pass content and sense checking. My experience with Google Gemini has been mostly positive. I have used it for a mix of work and personal tasks - things like writing drafts, summarizing long requirements of the client, generating the QA test cases, and it even helps with quick research. The UI is clean, fast, and it is easy to use, so I do not get overwhelmed while using it.
