Gloat is the best solution provider for the internal Talent Market Place compared to its competitors because of three things. 1. It's AI. The Projects, Positions, and Mentorships that have been offered since the beginning have now been trained with enough data sets for the AI to make the best possible personalised recommendations. With the new Career Planning feature, which uses multiple data sets to come up with fairly accurate Career Paths, AI has become better at predicting not just the next step, but also the next 34 steps in an employee's career. 2. A Complete Solution: The 70/30/10 Model for Employee Development is now part of the platform thanks to the Learning Content. A complete solution for developing employees 3. User interface (UI) that is easy to use: Gloat has one of the best UIs on the market, which makes it easy for employees to use.

A lot of preparation work is required at the start of the rollout to guarantee a sufficient number of projects and users. A lot more work goes into keeping the marketplace in a state of healthy balance after launch than was anticipated, including maintenance, training, and user interaction, despite the fact that it thrives on the law of supply and demand.
