The search accuracy is excellent - it pulls results from gmail, drive, docs and other google workspace tools almost instantly. The natural language understanding is surprisingly good, you can type questions or phrases, not just keywords. I also appreciate how secure it is - results are personalized based on permissions, so people only see what they're allowed to. The interface feels clean and familiar, so there's almost no learning curve for users already using Google tools.
I like it when it provides search results from wikis, research papers and discussion forums with answers.

Customization options are limited, you can't easily improve how results are ranked or displayed. It doesn't always integrate well with non google systems or internal databases. The admin settings can also feel a bit technical for smaller teams without IT support
Advertisements and useless information it provides when the whole purpose of the product is to provide information the user searches for.
When there are similar events or overlapping files, it can be difficult to find the exact one I'm looking for in a single search. If I don't clearly remember the right keywords, it often takes more time than I'd like to track down the information I need. It's also challenging to integrate with platfomrs outside the Google ecosystem, so when I'm working across multiple platforms, it can be hard to fully maximize efficiency.
