What we like most about Google Distributed Cloud is its performance, it has been nothing but a high performing and low latency solution for us. As an extension to its high performance, it performs perfectly over 5G connections which is our only option for connections for some of our users. This solution also provides our institution with the compliance it needs from a regulatory and compliance perspective. We also like the centralized management of this solution as it is deep and easy to use once you get over the minor learning curve. Another great feature is its analytics as they are very useful to our organization.

What I Liked most about Google Cloud was its powerful data analytics capabilities and seamless scalability. Bigquery and other analytics tools made it easy to process large volumes of data quickly, enabling faster and more informed decision-making. Additionally, the platform's ability to scale resources up or down on demand helped optimize our performance and cost-efficiency.
What we disliked most about the Google Distributed Cloud is first its support. Luckily the solution has been super performing for us and this has not been a real big issue but when needed, the support for this was challenging. Not sure if the support team was not up on this or not, but needed to go several levels to solve the issues we were having. Again, not a major issue for us, but when needed to configure any integrations. Support helped us but it was challenging. The biggest issue, which most users will say, is the cost of the solution and software licensing. As stated before, as much as we liked the centralized management, it was challenging for some (not all) to get it and understand how to manage it.
Specific problems could be hard to solve, expensive to maintain and difficult to find human resources with this knowledge.
