GP Strategies was our vendor for our Success Factors LMS implementation in 2016.
They were really flexible, agile and proactive during the process.
One thing I must say is that some of their resources were a bit junior on some processes and we lacked some of the best practices from other implementations.

The quality assurance and attention to detail is weak. We requested some customization in recruiting module. Even basics weren't given due attention causing repetitive work by both the parties. Features that were initially requested and accepted were later communicated to be non-configurable. Not a very positive experience overall.

They did what they promised, including making it easy for us to maintain the site they built, but ended up charging more than initially agreed upon.
