The quality assurance and attention to detail is weak. We requested some customization in recruiting module. Even basics weren't given due attention causing repetitive work by both the parties. Features that were initially requested and accepted were later communicated to be non-configurable. Flexible and proactive vendor for Success Factors implementation
GP Strategies was our vendor for our Success Factors LMS implementation in 2016. They were really flexible, agile and proactive during the process.
