Reporting capabilities, the ability to work interactively, ease of use.
Not much seeing as it is barely used
Likes: 1) Its service and support is quick and the support team is highly trained. 2) It is compliant with regulatory requirements. 3) The interface is easy to use and navigate.
The system frequently times out, the length of time it takes to generate certain reports, the consistency of output to the screen, e.g., sometimes data doesn't appear though I know it exists.
The lack of use and services the system provides
Dislikes: 1) It is costly to afford for small organisations. 2) It has less customisation options available. 3) It having integration with other than SAP application is difficult.
