Hyperproof is easy to learn and use. It has made my team much more efficient and productive for compliance controls monitoring across all of our different audits and for reusing evidence across audits to prevent audit burden. Our control owners enjoy using the platform as well. Automated recurring tasks have helped us stay on track for controls that occur at set frequencies.

Controls management, great customer service, lots of options for prebuilt connectors, ability to run automated tests on evidence, ability to integrate with other team's workflows through Jira or ServiceNow for tasks, automated recurring tasks, audits module, bulk imports, ability to use scopes to break down a control into different entity controls, easy to use and learn

Love the ability to automate evidence gathering and use across multiple audits. I anticipate this being a big time saver for my team.

We love the control mapping to each framework. The customer service has been great. The audit module has been exceptional in managing audit requests.

Service accounts used in hypersyncs have overly permissive access in source system when it's not needed Had quite a few errors when setting up hypersyncs that needed to be resolved by engineering team Would like ability to filter on reports brought in as proof (or option make csv/excel format) Ability to compare 2 pieces of proof for automated control testing (e.g. comparing a terminated employee list to a user access list to confirm no terminated users appear)

Hypersyncs have been time consuming to set up but that is likely due to my companys complex environment. Would love some additional survey functionality. Nothing else I dislike, honestly!

1. Documentation on Hypersyncs could have more detail. 2. In the proof tab for each control, it'd be great to be able to create folders to organize proof 3. Reporting/dashboard customization could be more flexible.
