Being able to offer free access to our employees to monitor their personal account. Being able to search for incidents within my industry. Getting alerts on incidents affecting our organization or our third party partners.
The ease of integration, the information gathered from the darkweb, and some of the videos are well produced.
Very easy to use
The administration screen is a little awkward with everything on a single page and it behaves differently from what I would expect. Navigation can be improved. I don't really find it intuitive. The necessity of using credits to do additional research.
A lot of the video library seems stale. There haven't been many noticeable updates in the past few months.
GUI might be redone to reflect a more modern design. Font used in the menus are small
