Harmony Workspace is one of those tools that has become more valuable over time. At first, it felt like "just another security console" to manage, but once we started tuning policies around how people collaborate, it gave us much better control without constantly getting in the way of users. It's not plug-and-play magic, but if you put in the work, it pays off.

Overall, the tool provides strong security controls for remote access, good threat prevention and integration with other Check Point tools. But the support for the product (and others from the suite) are not so good.
