What I like most about Harmony workspace is its strong security, user-friendly interface and reliable performance. It provides a secure and seamless environment for collaboration while ensuring data protection and compliance.
False positive in email filtering - it flags legitime email as threats. that means occasional digging into the qurantine to rescue messages. Complexity in deeper integrations - integration with some services was not easy required some expertise Harmony is not cheapest solution
The support is not great and the configuration can be complex, so as configuring the policies. The interface is not appealing or user friendly.
There are no major concerns at this time. Minor improvements could be made in performance optimization and user interface enhancements.
