We started looking into Abnormal to replace a more traditional email gateway solution that we had in place. We were spending a lot of time constantly maintaining block lists and sorting through false positives. We were spending a lot of time trying to tweak things to protect against incoming threats, only to have attackers switch tactics and eventually get through. It was a constant cat and mouse game, and we felt we were always behind. When we first deployed Abnormal and ran through a POC, we layered it on top of our existing solution. It was both impressive but also alarming as we quickly discovered the volume and extent of just what was coming through our traditional solution. Abnormal from the time we started the POC to full implementation Abnormal has just worked. I was amazed at just how easy it was to setup and configure as well as just how effective it's been. Abnormal has been truly transformative not only for my team, but our business as a whole.

Abnormal AI is an email security tool that is continuously expanding its offerings and making product improvements. Our experience with the tool has varied, there have been times where we lost all confidence in the tool and worked with our AM team to voice our concerns and have them addressed. Overall, it does the job - most of the time.
