The product provides real-time protection against malicious spam emails and phishing. It applies relevant threat detection and significantly reduces the likelihood of operational disruption due to email related cyber threats. The DMARC Analyzer and SPF delegation protect the organisation email and brand, and allows us to meet security standards while having control over our email services. This service also ensures strict compliance with governance and assurance requirements while ensuring we have improved resilience and protecting the organisation as a whole.
The onboarding process was strong, and the customer success and support teams were helpful throughout implementation.
It's very easy to use and manage. You can add email domains to be trusted and whitelisted so that trusted emails can get through. It can also block credit card numbers from being sent and received, which is especially helpful in a financial environment.
Nothing that I dislike about the product.
The platform does not seem to have kept pace with newer threats, especially AI-driven attacks. The gateway approach was effective in the past, but it now feels less capable on its own. It can also feel like customers are expected to purchase additional products or move to other offerings to address gaps in protection.
The software is great, though sometimes the web filters work a little too well and will block legitimate emails. Luckily these can be released easily from the admin portal so it's not a major issue overall.
