It's very easy to use and manage. You can add email domains to be trusted and whitelisted so that trusted emails can get through. It can also block credit card numbers from being sent and received, which is especially helpful in a financial environment.
I value the CrowdStrike integration for streamlined investigations, Outlook reporting for quick user escalation, and effective impersonation protection against look-alike senders.
The DLP integration via attachment management and The content examination PII filters for Credit cards and SSN have worked very well for us. The awareness training videos and phishing tests are great features as well.
The software is great, though sometimes the web filters work a little too well and will block legitimate emails. Luckily these can be released easily from the admin portal so it's not a major issue overall.
Admin UI feels slow, and mailbox remediation can be inconsistentsometimes immediate, sometimes requiring retries. Rules are complex, and even relaxed policies over-capture with little explanation why.
The feature request process could use some improvement. The deployment schedule for the awareness training videos for new users could use some more granular options for deployment.

Mimecast seems to integrate well with Outlook, and Outlook Web, which are our two main email interfaces. It appears to do a pretty good job at filtering or capturing incoming emails, and we've set it up so that it works as a relay between 3rd party applications and our email tenant.
