Our overall experience with Harness has been great -we were their 4th customer and the platform has become a key part of our DevOps and delivery strategy, providing both technical capabilities and clear business value. We make extensive use of the Harness IDP which has significantly improved the developer experience through well-designed self-service workflows and better standardisation across teams. The ability to abstract complexity while still enabling flexibility has been a major win for us. Harness CI and CD have proven to be robust, scalable and easy to adopt, helping us accelerate delivery while maintaining strong governance and visibility. We have seen strong results from Harness STO and SCS which have helped us embed security earlier in the pipeline and improve overall security posture without slowing delivery down. These capabilities align well with our shift-left security goals. Historically we have seen great success with CCM which delivers clear cost visibility, optimisation and better cloud cost control spend.
